‘TIS A BIG-TIME BATTLE NOW

This we must understand that wisdom comes only from God’s Word. Our experiences are great, but for this kind of battle we need God desperately. Let me explain…

In the reading the Word of God, His Holy Bible, we fully understand that we are not unaware of the Devil’s schemes. God open’s up His realm to us. This has always been His desire, and those that seek ‘more of Him’ will indeed get ‘the more of Him’.

There is an ‘other-dimensional’ existence within the whole supernatural realm. I have always said and taught that. This realm is more real than this earthly realm we live in. It is hidden, I know but it can easily be revealed as God opens your heart and spirit to His Kingdom.

The dark strategies of this satanic realm manifest a terrible consequence through this materialistic earth we live in.

We see wars, genocide, terrorism, Christian persecution, pornography, pedophilia, broken marriages, juvenile recklessness, occultism of every dimension, and hundreds of other palpable evidences of this infernal influence upon the peoples of the earth. No one is left out. From docile grandmas to the corrupt and killer politicians.

This is a designed assault and total termination of the human and his family, his values and his personal purity, his finances and his way of life, his inner character and his outer falseness.

Gregory Boyd, in his book, ‘God at War’, says this, “God’s good creation has in fact been seized by hostile, evil cosmic forces that are seeking to destroy God’s beneficent plan for the cosmos. The general assumption of both the Old and New Testaments is that the earth is virtually engulfed by cosmic forces of destruction, and that evil and suffering are ultimately due to this diabolical siege”.

True?

It is therefore the responsibility of every believer to understand the need. So, what do we do now.?

Look at Ephesians 6:11,12.

The first of the first…put on the whole armour of God. We are given this supernatural armour that thwarts the Devil and his forces to smithereens.

It goes on to say…that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Hey. The Devil is not going to give up territory just like that. It’s a wrestling, that brings the wresting! Hand to hand. Body to body. Contact to contact. Restricting, locking, rendering useless, pushing to the floor…just like the Greeks wrestled their opponents on a mat. When the Devil pulls a trick, the armour you have is already one step ahead!

Then it says further…For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Whoa! You can’t see them with your physical eyes, but you see their manifestations alright. You know them by their fruits. You smell them by their putrid ways and works. You hear them by the sharpened cutting edge of Heaven’s voice upon you daily.

But you wrestle them by praying in the Spirit at all times. You beat them by God’s Holy Wisdom. You spoil their strategies and plans by the Almighty God our great Shaddai, and His prevailing hand.

And then you come forth more than a conqueror.

The coming days carry such challenges. The past is finished. We’ve had our little skirmishes and ‘run arounds’. Now tis the big time. Now tis the real deal!

Get up. Get wise. Get going. And get God!
