A SUPERNATURAL SEASON OF ACCELERATED FRUITFULNESS
“And the children of Israel were fruitful, and increased abundantly, and multiplied, and waxed exceeding mighty; and the land was filled with them”. Exodus 1:7 KJV
There are somethings that have been on my heart for many weeks. And God has been sharing these things with me.
Sometimes the Lord doesn’t allow me to share things until He feels the time that is set, and I believe this is such a set time. And I’m going to speak specially to heads of families; and if you are a single parent, then you’re the head of that family. So, I’ve decided t to share this with you, with all my heart.
Let me pray first as I write. Father, we look to You. We look to You because there is nobody else to really look to. We look to You Lord because You are the One who can lead us into all things. You are the One who can teach us. And Lord I we share this Word, I pray that You begin to reveal Your will and purposes in our hearts that we might Lord not take this simply or casually but be able to say, “Yes Lord I will do what You tell me to do”. And so, Lord we commit this specifically and specially into Your hands. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
In Numbers chapter 16, there was a rebellion in Israel, it was Korah who stood up and said some things to Moses that sparked this great rebellion. And Moses said, “Ok, fine, lets burn a fire before God”. Then they took the coals from the altar, and they burned it. And God saw it was ‘strange fire’ and they were dealt with immediately. A little later, some people said something else, the Bible says there was grumbling. And with that grumbling, again, the people of God were called together – the leaders were called together.
We sometimes speak very casually about people; therefore we must be careful not to speak about other people. And the Lord has been putting this very strongly upon our hearts, that the church has become very casual in sharing things, talking about people, talking about leadership, talking about other churches; and putting things down. And I believe if we do not have the proper and valid information, the right to judge other people, is God’s. Amen.
But when that happened in the camp of Israel, and there was grumbling, the Lord said to Moses, “I want you to take every head of the clan, twelve of them, and I want you to take your staff” – this was the staff that they always carried with them.
Now please pay attention…
What I’m going to share today is not about grumbling or anything, but I’m going to tell you something that God has really imparted to me through this happening in Israel.

The connection between the staff and the tribe it represented is made crystal clear when we look at the Hebrew, because Both Tribe and Staff is the same word! (4294). Matteh or (feminine) mattah {mat-taw}; from 5186; a branch (as extending); figuratively, a tribe; also a rod, whether for chastising (figuratively, correction), ruling (a scepter), throwing (a lance), or walking (a staff; figuratively, a support of life, e.g. bread): –rod, staff, tribe.
Now just as the word for walking stick (staff or rod) and Tribe are connected by the Hebrew word ‘Matteh’, the Hebrew for “to bud” or “to blossom” is “Tzit-tzit”, which is the same root word for the Tassels on the Tallit (Tzit tzit) that all Israelites were instructed to wear. The “Tzit tzit” is also the exact same term used to refer to the High Priest’s golden headpiece that had the words “Set-Apart to Yashuah” engraved on it.
So, there is a ‘set-apartness’ connection being made between the buds that blossomed on Aaron’s staff, his golden headpiece and the ‘tzittzit’ that all the Israelites wore on the corners of their garments. Also, the design of the Golden Lampstand (Menorah) which stood in the ‘Set-Apart Place’ had gold “Tzit tzits” or almond blossoms hammered into it!
So, what is so significant about almond blossoms anyway? The almond tree is the first of the trees to blossom following the winter season. In other words, after a season when there is death and literally no growth, the almond tree is the first life form to emerge from the ground.
And the almond blossoms that come up are the colour white, which symbolizes the ‘Set-apartness’ and Purity of Yashua Himself.

Now let us go on…
The rebellion of the camp was answered by each man, bringing his rod. And the rod represents authority, leadership and position. And if you are the head of the house, you have authority, leadership and position that God has given you. This is God’s provision for you to be the head of your own home, to be the head of your company, to be the head of your business, to be the head of wherever you are – or whoever you are.
Now what I want to say is this, the staff were placed in the Presence of God in the Holiest of Holies inside the Tabernacle of Moses. The staff were taken, Moses walked inside the tabernacle, went into The Presence of the Lord and lay all the staff down – all twelve of them – all representing the heads of clans. The invitation was, for each man to lay his position, his authority, his ministry, his calling, before the Presence of God. I believe that God is calling us today, to lay down all that we feel is important, all that we know is important, to come in The Presence of God. Amen.
Now please understand this, that the Lord is not interested in our position, experience or what people are saying about us, or what we think of ourselves. The real issue here and I believe this with all my heart is that we have ‘laid it before the Lord’ and asked Him to work in our lives, so that we experience His Presence and go away from there with fruit.
I’ve been careful to write this down…
The Lord is not interested in our position, or our experience or what people say about us or what we think about ourselves. The real issue is…have we laid it before the Lord and allowed His working in our lives as the experience of His Presence to produce fruit? God is looking for fruit. He’s not looking for position. He’s not looking for your name and fame. And that fruit can be found only in The Presence of God.
Now let me say something more, it’s The Presence of God that tested each man’s rod. It was the presence of God that really tested each man’s rod. And out of those twelve staff, we know – because the Bible says, only one blossomed. Whose rod was that? That was Aaron’s rod; that was the only one that blossomed. And then very beautifully, the Bible says, each man took his own rod and went home. It says it very poignantly, ‘each man took his own rod’. I believe that it’s an understatement to say that Aaron’s rod just blossomed. In actuality, the Word says this, the rod of Aaron had sprouted and brought forth buds that had produced blossoms and yielded ripe almonds. That is a supernatural, accelerated fruitful season.
It’s amazing to see, this rod was disconnected from any other roots. It was kept in the Presence of God overnight – overnight. Am I saying something? Overnight it budded, it flowered, and it brought forth ripe almonds – not just almonds, ripe almonds – ready to eat.
There were 3 degrees here – maybe we’ll talk about that some other time, but there were 3 degrees of the fruitfulness of God that comes into our lives.
But this is what I want to say that God is bringing us into a supernatural, accelerated fruitful season!
It doesn’t how your business is functioning, it doesn’t matter what troubles you have, it doesn’t matter how many jobs you’ve lost; but I prophecy to you today, that God is going to bring you to the place of accelerated fruitfulness, which is going to be supernatural.
This supernatural accelerated season that, God is going to bring you into is going to happen only in the Presence of God. It’s going to happen as you lay down your positions; it’s going to happen as you humble yourself. It’s going to happen as you don’t think of yourself too big to say what you want to say, but as you humble yourself, as you come down to the place God wants you, as you lay down before His presence; God is able to accelerate His blessings in your life.
So now I just want to close this, because I’ve been carrying this for weeks, and I’m going to ask every head of the household to stand up and I want to pray this over you.
So, if you’re heading your household, you stand up. If you’re the head of an organization or company, if you’re a head of a school or college or wherever you work, if you’re leading something, please stand up, I want to pray for you…
